The account management team is responsible for working directly with clients, client program performance, and being the clients’ internal advocates. Responsibilities:
• Client relationship management, including:
• Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding the implementation, optimization, and performance of their programs
• Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Business Development to create and deliver client renewal presentations
• Client account management, including:
• Update and optimize client search marketing programs based on market and performance trends
• Track program deliverables and follow up with stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify opportunities to increase sales to existing customers
