The Apple Watch has landed, ushering in a shift in consumer behavior. Booking hotel rooms, sending emails and making payments can all be done from a device worn on one’s wrist. The Apple Watch is not only fashionable, it’s convenient. And as my latest Search Engine Watch column discusses, the Apple Watch also creates more opportunities for marketers to compete more effectively with local marketing, and, ultimately, proximity marketing.
